• 5 years experience in nursing management/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical education programs supporting competency, onboarding, transition to practice, and professional development.
• Lead new nurse residency programs and ongoing education for caregivers.
• Oversee annual competency validation and implementation of clinical practice changes.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness and drive quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with education leaders across Oregon to share curricula and best practices.
