Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Leadership, or Communication or 2 years additional related experience.
• 3 years relevant ambulatory clinic experience.
• 2 years' experience in teaching adults of varying competency levels.
• 1 year EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing, coordinating and delivering staff training and education.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs.
• Establish effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, management and physicians to support training.
