Job summary
Providence is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Emergency Department Clinical Operations to lead the 24/7 ED in Portland, Oregon. You will drive clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and caregiver engagement while building strong teams, optimizing resources, and championing accountability in a fast-paced hospital setting.
You will oversee a dynamic ED with cross-functional leadership and collaborate to deliver compassionate care.
Qualifications
- RN with Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Licensed in Oregon upon hire.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification upon hire.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 24/7 operations of the Emergency Department, advancing clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and caregiver engagement.
- Build and develop strong teams, optimize resources, and champion accountability.
- Foster an environment where caregivers are empowered to deliver outstanding, compassionate care.
