Hearth Hospice seeks an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Director, leading an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains. You will steer clinical operations, collaborate with the Program Director and physicians, and drive growth while ensuring adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and current state RN license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience with hospice, home health, or oncology.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage terminal care and family counseling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services in line with hospice policies.
• Provide guidance to clinicians and foster continuous care improvements.
• Perform chart audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Develop orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve care delivery.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine patient/family care plans.
