Job summary

Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) organization maintains material handling equipment, robotics, and building infrastructure across the fulfillment network. As Senior RME Program Manager, you will own CMMS programs across North America, driving standardization, PM effectiveness, and training for local teams to ensure world-class equipment reliability.

You will travel up to 50%, lead data-driven initiatives, and collaborate with Global RME to optimize spare parts and maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on CMMS; train local RME Planners and support network initiatives.
• Drive RME standards rollout in North America; participate in network-led projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports; monitor standards.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventive maintenance to make maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and histories; recommend improvements to the network.
• Collaborate with Global RME on cost reduction and spare parts management.
• Travel up to 50%
