Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our North America Reliability Maintenance & Engineering team in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive safety programs, develop data-driven tools for site managers, and improve reliability while controlling costs across a large fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial maintenance and leadership of large teams
• 7+ years leading organizations with 100+ employees
• 7+ years in senior leadership development and talent management
• 10+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 7+ years managing budgets, performing RCA, and CI
• 7+ years analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering

Responsibilities

• Champion safety standards and drive team compliance
• Lead and mentor field-based Facilities Managers for the NA Fulfillment Network
• Drive maintenance excellence through innovation, documentation, standardization, and safety
• Guide senior leadership on ROI-based maintenance decisions with EOL considerations
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning
• Manage vendor relationships and economies of scale
• Monitor maintenance execution and safety across sites
• Coordinate maintenance teams across North America
• Develop and manage contract documents including RFPs and PO
• Support Fulfillment Center GMs in facilities management
• Recruit and hire exceptional Facilities Maintenance talent
• Build world-class facilities maintenance organization
• Relocate as needed for Amazon's business needs
