Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site, overseeing Area Maintenance Managers and their teams. You will drive preventative programs, manage budgets, and advance safety and continuous improvement culture.

You will coordinate with operations, respond to emergencies, and travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives while delivering reliable MHE and robotics support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, and 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage department budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and audit safety programs with site leadership.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors while maintaining service standards.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
