Fitch Ratings in New York is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end RMBS transaction coverage. You will assess credit, cash flow, legal and structural risks, and present findings at rating committees.

You will mentor analysts, engage with issuers and investors, and contribute to criteria enhancements while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The role requires deep knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of RMBS/ABS or related capital markets experience.
• Degree required; CFA/FRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and presentation of RMBS transactions.
• Assess credit, cash flow, legal, and structural risks.
• Present recommendations at rating committees and document decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and engage with issuers and investors.
• Build and maintain issuer and transaction relationships.
