Fitch Ratings seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) Group in our New York office. You will collaborate with more senior analysts on transaction analysis, run cash flow models, and prepare quality reports for rating committees.

You will also present analysis to issuers and investors, develop understanding of legal and accounting issues affecting securities, and contribute to research reports. This is a hybrid role with exposure to non-agency RMBS assets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in capital markets, securitization, mortgage markets, or credit analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• Experience in analyzing non-agency RMBS and presenting to rating committees is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze critical credit, legal, and structural elements of RMBS transactions.
• Produce internal and external written reports for credit committees, criteria, and market commentary.
• Communicate Fitch rating methodology to issuers and investors.
• Deploy and maintain cash flow models and tools used in the rating process.
• Lead or support research projects.
