Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in electronics or computer industry as RMA coordinator preferred.
• Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
• Detail oriented and good time management.
• Multi-tasking with effective decision making; independent and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the return of customer products and provide excellent customer service to maintain relationships.
• Handle defective parts and coordinate with vendors for RMA process.
• Coordinate packaging and shipping of incoming and outgoing power supplies.
• Maintain daily productivity and workflow reports; close open issues.
• Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed.
• Work with Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required.
