Visa is seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to grow and retain an established portfolio within its Risk and Security Solutions team. You will deepen executive relationships and demonstrate measurable business value across fraud, identity, authentication, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree variants.
• Advanced degree preferred (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or PhD for accelerated progression.
• Experience in payments, fraud, identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Proven ability to retain and grow an existing book of business and meet renewal and expansion targets.
• Strong strategic account management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships across client organizations and act as a proactive advocate.
• Own portfolio strategy to protect revenue, identify whitespace, and drive growth.
• Demonstrate and expand value using performance data and client insights.
• Drive renewals, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities from discovery through close.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
• Protect retention and manage risk to strengthen long-term partnership value.
