Job summary

Trustly is seeking a Senior Risk Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for the risk platform that powers Trustly's payment guarantee. This high-ownership role shapes the roadmap, partners with Data Science and Engineering on model integration, and drives decisions affecting approval rates, loss exposure, and guarantee economics across our merchant portfolio.

You’ll translate model thresholds into product requirements, and manage the backlog with engineering to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product management with risk, fraud or financial decisioning.
• AI/ML experience shaping features, thresholds and monitoring in product design.
• Strong technical design discussions and system thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the risk infrastructure roadmap including decisioning, model integration, and real-time controls.
• Collaborate with Data Science to translate model outputs into operational product decisions and monitoring frameworks.
• Develop deep knowledge of system architecture and data flows; write clear requirements for engineering.
