Stripe is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Risk team to shape AI-driven and trust-focused experiences that help businesses onboard, stay compliant, and grow with confidence.

You will lead design across critical risk journeys, influence strategy with product and engineering partners, and raise craft standards across risk surfaces.

A 12+ year track record in complex product design with systems thinking and leadership is required, with a strong portfolio to prove it.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design including AI tools.
• Experience leading complex product work with product management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Explore, shape, and prototype new ideas and products.
• Influence strategy through strong product thinking, storytelling, and design judgment.
• Lead design on complex, cross-functional problems with multiple stakeholders and constraints.
• Collaborate with Risk and Stripe design teams to influence visual standards for all product surfaces.
• Help Risk designers and partners raise the bar on craft and adopt systems thinking.
