Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Trust & Safety to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of fraud prevention across PayJoy’s global platforms. This high-visibility role blends AI, data science, security, and customer experience to protect millions of first-time smartphone owners while preserving conversion and user friction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech or regulated platforms.
• Proven track record shipping fraud prevention or risk management products.
• Strong technical fluency in ML/AI and data systems relevant to fraud.
• Hands-on data skills and ability to drive decisions with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-market Trust & Safety strategy across PayJoy’s platforms.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for fraud detection and prevention systems.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering on ML-powered decisioning and monitoring.
• Design seamless identity verification and frictionless user experiences.
• Identify emerging fraud patterns across markets and prioritize mitigation.
• Champion AI and automation to scale fraud operations across many markets.
• Define Trust & Safety metrics and build visibility dashboards company-wide.
• Run experiments measuring tradeoffs between fraud prevention and user conversion.
• Bridge Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and country GMs on roadmap tradeoffs.
