Job summary

rednote is seeking a Product Manager, Trust & Safety Platform to join our Trust & Safety team and help build the next generation of AI-native safety infrastructure for our global content platform. You will collaborate with engineering, ML, policy, and operations to design AI-powered systems for moderation, investigation, and safety decision-making across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native Trust & Safety platform that connects risk governance across sensing, detection, moderation, enforcement, and evaluation.
Design and scale AI-native safety systems to support automated investigation and moderation workflows, risk analysis, and decision support.
Integrate fragmented moderation tools, risk systems, and workflows into a unified platform for scalability, efficiency, and governance visibility.
Partner with engineering, ML, policy, and operations teams to translate safety requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
