Cesfl, a national insurance broker in the Bay Area, is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support Producers handling large commercial P&C accounts. This client-facing role emphasizes risk analysis, coverage gap identification, and strategic insurance guidance to help win and retain business.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial P&C risk management experience delivering client-facing services.
• Able to present complex insurance concepts and analyze loss runs and claims history.
• Experience reviewing policies and turning data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and prospect presentations on loss analytics, coverage gaps, and risk management strategies.
• Serve as a resource for middle-market and large, complex accounts.
• Partner with Producers and regional teams on account strategy and client solutions.
• Train and support Producers in using risk management tools and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex account reviews and new business opportunities.
