Job summary

Cesfl in California seeks an experienced risk management professional with 7-10+ years in commercial property & casualty brokerage or agency-side risk management. You will lead loss analytics, review policies, and translate data into actionable recommendations for mid-market and large accounts.

You will present complex insurance concepts to clients, collaborate with Producers and regional teams on account strategy, and train others in risk management tools.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage or agency-side risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of P&C coverage and ability to present complex concepts.
• CIC, CPCU or other insurance designations preferred.

• Lead client and prospect presentations on loss analytics, coverage gaps, and risk management strategies.
• Serve as a resource for middle-market and large, complex accounts.
• Partner with Producers and regional teams on account strategy and client solutions.
• Train and support Producers in using risk management tools and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex account reviews and new business opportunities.
