Job summary

Cesfl is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead client-focused risk management engagements for middle-market and large accounts. You will present loss analytics, identify coverage gaps, and craft risk management strategies based on claims history and data insights.

In this role you will collaborate with Producers and internal teams, train staff on risk tools, and contribute to new business opportunities. A strong P&C background and professional designations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial P&C coverage knowledge and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent experience.
• CIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

7-10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage or agency-side risk management experience, with a strong track record of delivering client-facing risk management services. Must be comfortable presenting complex insurance concepts, analyzing loss runs and claims history, reviewing policies, and turning data into actionable recommendations.
