Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division seeks a Risk Management Professional to support risk management activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical disciplines to identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating with cost and schedule controls.

The role may lead risk management teams, supervise junior staff, and serve as a senior advisor, contributing to RK&K's risk management practice,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Mid- to senior-level experience in project or program risk management and project controls.
• Experience presenting risk information to project leadership and clients.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans, governance, and controls.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers, matrices, plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses including contingency evaluation.
• Integrate risk activities with cost estimates, schedules, and performance reporting.
• Monitor emerging risks and communicate material risks to leadership.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
• Lead or support risk management methodology development and staff mentoring.
