Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks a senior Risk Manager to lead risk management for major civil infrastructure programs in Sacramento. You will run quantitative analyses, maintain the risk register, and set contingency positions aligned with funding agencies and boards.

Applicants bring 10+ years in risk, CPM scheduling, and cost forecasting, plus experience with Primavera/P6 and risk software. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil-related field with 10+ years of risk management on large, heavy‑civil projects.
• Experience running quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses and providing contingency guidance.
• Familiar with CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program's risk management plan and governance framework.
• Facilitate risk workshops with staff, designers, and contractors and maintain the risk register.
• Quantify cost and schedule exposure and translate to contingency recommendations.
• Analyze baseline schedules for logic, calendar, and float integrity and verify exposures.
• Coordinate risk across third-party interfaces and support funding submittals and board packages.
