Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. The role partners with FAS leadership to identify and mitigate professional, regulatory, and operational risks across ABC engagements, with collaboration to implement practical controls and training ensuring high-quality client service.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will shape risk management, coordinate with Office of General Counsel and firm risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, ABC matters, and related engagement risks.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance to FAS engagement teams on restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation engagements.
• Develop and maintain risk controls, workflows, and training from intake to case closure.
• Coordinate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel on approvals and policy.
• Maintain risk register and periodic reporting to FAS leadership.
• Sell and deliver risk training for FAS professionals.
