Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk governance for our Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify risk, develop practical controls, and train teams to ensure compliant and efficient engagement delivery.

The role demands strong collaboration with GCO, office counsel, and practice leadership. Responsibilities include advising teams on risk issues, managing the ABC program, and overseeing incident responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance to FAS engagement teams across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation.
• Develop and maintain risk controls, workflows, and training for ABC engagements.
• Oversee compliance with independence and conflicts policies across FAS engagements.
• Coordinate with GCO and outside counsel on matters requiring legal review.
