Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction projects.

You will maintain visibility of risk triggers, inform investment planning, and work with contractors to assess risk views while producing timely risk reports. A strong background in risk quantification and program controls is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling, timely drawdown of risk budget or retirement of threat/opportunity.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to support communication of threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
• Lead and run risk management practices on multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes adhering to client requirements and frameworks.
• Collaborate with project controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvements.
• Provide opportunities to transfer knowledge within the risk team and to the client.
