Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Atlanta, GA client portfolio. You will lead multi-disciplinary real estate projects from initiation through completion, with onsite presence five days a week at the corporate campus.

You will coordinate scope, budget, and schedule, manage client relationships, and mentor other project managers while reporting to the Project Management Director and partners, ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding technical project scheduling like IT to avoid work interruptions.
• Project reporting to Director and other business leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Procore or similar project management software.
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, cost estimates, budget, and schedule.
• Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other leaders.
• Coach and develop other Project Managers in key areas of project management.
• Coordinate resource delivery, RFPs, bid evaluations, and client recommendations.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
