Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on major construction projects based in Atlanta, GA. You will serve as a key client contact, delivering high-quality cost management services across planning, design, construction, and closeout.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in cost management within construction, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, and may hold or be progressing toward RICS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of cost management experience within construction.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Providing cost planning services and presenting final cost plans.
• Collaborating with design teams and general contractors on estimates.
• Reconciling changes and ensuring cost data accuracy.
• Meeting with stakeholders to gather project status and update estimates.
• Managing cost, valuation, and change control processes across the lifecycle.
• Producing monthly cost reports for client presentations and reviews.
