Job summary

RK&K’s Construction Management Division is seeking a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and infrastructure projects. You will identify, assess, quantify, and manage risks, integrating risk with cost and schedule controls for clients and project teams.

The role may lead risk teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to methodologies and tools development. Proficiency with Power BI and risk software is preferred, with strong communication to

Qualifications

• Experience in mid-career or senior risk management roles on complex programs.
• Delivery of risk management plans and governance.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to present risk information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management plans, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessments, and mitigation workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate risks across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and operations.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses and risk-adjusted forecasting.
• Integrate risk management with project controls and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development.
