Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is hiring a Risk Management Professional to support risk activities across major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects. You will work with clients, project teams, and technical staff to identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks in alignment with cost and schedule controls.

The role leads risk planning, performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, develops risk registers and dashboards (Power BI), and helps advance RK&K's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and experience in risk management.
• Experience integrating risk with cost, schedule, and project controls.
• Ability to present risk information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management plans and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and teams.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk-adjusted forecasting.
• Create risk reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
