• Assess exposure and controls; prepare risk control reports for insureds and agents.
• Advise policyholders on loss drivers and insured coverages.
• Provide tailored risk control services and hazard control recommendations.
• Coordinate with underwriting, sales, and claims to inform renewal decisions.
• Present risk control topics at agency meetings.
• Deliver on-site loss control surveys and training.
