Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection or related field
• Three years of experience in risk control or safety role
• Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional preferred

Responsabilités

• Performs on-site risk control surveys of policyholders’ operations.
• Assesses exposure potential and existing controls; prepares risk control reports and shares results with insureds and agents.
• Provides consultation to policyholders on operations, claims trends, and improvement recommendations.
• Customizes consultative services to address loss drivers and insured needs.
• Collaborates with Risk Control team and SMEs on advanced technical questions; shares updates with Underwriting, Sales, and Claims.
• Markets risk control functions through agency visits and meetings; conducts on-site loss control surveys and training.
