U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced leader to partner with executives across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) to oversee risk management activities.

You will drive projects that ensure regulatory compliance, identify gaps, and implement solutions to mitigate losses while aligning with business lines such as Institutional Client Group, Commercial Real Estate and Equipment Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee creation, implementation, and maintenance of a risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to minimize losses from process failures.
• Identify, respond to, and escalate risks as appropriate.
