Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Credit Strategy team seeks an Industry Credit Risk Management – Officer to lead portfolio management and risk policy development across asset classes. You will identify emerging risks, set risk appetite, and coordinate with business lines to implement governance.

You will build relations across CRM and lines of business, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver clear management reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience.
• Understanding of credit risk concepts and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for industries/products across U.S. Bank.
• Identify emerging risks and advise on risk limits and policies.
• Develop requirements for technology projects and reporting.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for progress on initiatives.
