U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to partner with WCIB leaders, RCA consultants, and managers to oversee risk management framework development and ongoing compliance efforts.

The role focuses on identifying gaps, driving corrective actions, and escalating risks to protect deposits and lending activities across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking. 3+ days on-site at a U.S. Bank location.

• Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.
• Strong leadership and management of processes, projects and people.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework.
• Lead projects and activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps, drive solutions, and minimize losses from inadequate internal processes.
• Escalate risks appropriately and coordinate with RCA Managers as needed.
