Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management or financial services.
• 4+ years of program management experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams and stakeholders to develop products, processes, marketing, and supporting technologies with risk management practices; support risk/return trade-offs.
• Lead risk framework discussions and drive creative solutions to improve the risk profile.
• Participate in risk forums and business reporting routines and contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or control environment to mitigate risks.
• Synthesize data and reporting; perform analysis and bring proactive business insights from team analyses.
• Drive and deliver results and improvements in line with risk agendas.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and their impacts on supported business areas.
• Collaborate across multiple levels and organizations to achieve objectives.
• Partner with internal business clients and build relationships with key stakeholders to grow brand and an enhanced risk environment.
• Set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams.
