Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's, Master's, JD, or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of Financial Services or Risk Management experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams preferred.
• 5+ years of People Management experience preferred.
• Risk Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification) preferred.
• PMP Certification or CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk management professionals overseeing Change Governance, Control Evaluation, Issues & Events, Audits & Exams, and Access Management.
• Develop understanding of business strategies, products, services and risk profile.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes on objectives and risk appetite.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support audit and regulatory engagements and commitments transparency for internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to partners on implementing risk policies and programs.
• Foster collaboration across risk, compliance, legal and other functions.
• Ensure escalation of risk gaps, issues and concerns including emerging risks.
