Qualifications

• 3+ years in banking process or risk management, product management, or operations
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years supporting internal business clients

Responsibilities

• Advise with risk and business teams to design products, processes, and supporting technologies
• Establish and maintain relationships with product owners, process managers, compliance advisors, legal counsel, auditors and other risk associates
• Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, independently and with team collaboration
• Oversee risk event remediation affecting customers and develop permanent corrective actions
• Work across the division to execute risk assessments and assist with risk mitigation plans
• Deliver on the risk agenda by facilitating risk assessments and effective challenge
• Review and document risk findings to strengthen the control suite (CSE)
• Support audits, control testing, reporting and PSP management
