Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) seeks a Manager of Risk Management and Insurance Programs to lead day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of CGS’s enterprise risk, insurance, claims, and surety programs. You will supervise staff and advise senior leadership on risk transfer, coverage, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or risk management and seven years of professional experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and RMIS software experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of CGS’s risk management, insurance, claims, and surety programs.
• Supervise risk management personnel and provide technical guidance to leadership and teams.
• Serve as SME on insurance, claims, bonding, risk transfer, and loss-prevention matters.
