Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to serve as the enterprise operational lead for labor-management relations. You will partner with Operations, site HR, Payroll, Benefits, unions, and Legal Counsel to administer CBAs, resolve disputes, support bargaining, and identify labor risk before it affects employees or business continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR, employee relations, or labor relations experience in a unionized environment.
Experience with collective bargaining, CBA administration, grievance management, arbitration prep, and advising leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead CGS labor relations strategy, governance, and partnerships.
Serve as day-to-day liaison among CGS leadership, HR, unions, and Legal Counsel on represented-workforce matters.
Advise leaders on CBA interpretation, past practice, and contract implications.
Establish enterprise labor-relations standards, tools, and escalation protocols.
Manage grievances, arbitrations, and settlements; ensure timely resolution.
