Aon is seeking a leader for the Commercial Risk team in Houston. The role focuses on managing key client relationships, driving renewal strategies, and coordinating with brokers to deliver value and growth.

The position is hybrid out of the Houston office and involves leadership across client service teams. You will guide negotiations, educate clients on risk management and market trends, and ensure service excellence with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance business and client needs.
• Excellent digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers.
• Drives the renewal process and develops client-specific renewal strategy.
• Coordinates with Brokers on renewal strategies and delivers renewal plans.
• Facilitates relationships between clients, Aon and insurers.
• Leads stewardship planning and ensures profitability.
