Job summary

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm seeking a seasoned risk and compliance professional. You will advise engagement teams on risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements, ensuring independence and adherence to firm policies.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key agreements, managing risk exposure, and coordinating with GCO and IT to implement effective controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or financial advisory engagements (ABC matters).
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across FAS engagements.
• Provide risk management guidance to engagement teams and monitor compliance with policy and standards.
• Coordinate with information security and technology teams to evaluate risk related to new tools and data‑sharing practices.
