Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related function in professional services.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or financial advisory engagements (ABC).
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk, compliance, and quality guidance across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Support independence, conflicts, and disclosures for complex engagements.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Risk Management programs; maintain risk registers and reporting.
• Partner with legal and IT to address risk controls around new tools and data sharing.
• Deliver training on risk, compliance, and quality topics to practitioners.
