Job summary

EY's Government & Public Sector GPS practice in the US seeks a Risk and Change Management Analyst to provide expert risk oversight and change management for federal, state, and local engagements.

You will coordinate risk reviews, manage deployment and ITIL-aligned change processes, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions in a hybrid, in‑person and remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or other relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Ability to work in-person as needed and obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Experience in risk management, change management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert risk management and change management services ensuring alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate weekly Risk Review and Change Review Board meetings and manage ITIL-aligned processes.
• Update risk and change records in JIRA and ITSM tools, with clear documentation of statuses and plans.
• Monitor deployment and release activities, ensuring proper rollback plans and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks in deployments and system changes, optimizing controls.
