Job summary

EY's Government & Public Sector GPS unit seeks a Risk and Change Management Analyst to provide expert risk oversight and operational change management for ICAM deployments. You will collaborate across teams, manage risk registers, CRB processes, and ensure ITIL-aligned practice.

The role emphasizes strategic risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with a mix of in-person and collaborative work across US federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Experience in risk management or change management, preferably within DHS or a federal agency.
• Willingness to work in-person as needed.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ESSD ICAM Risk Register and update in Maestro JIRA.
• Lead weekly Risk Review meetings and assign mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Review Board (CRB) meetings.
• Update CR tickets with comments, priorities, and dependencies in Maestro JIRA.
• Ensure ITIL change management compliance and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Oversee deployment coordination for ICAM systems and plan maintenance windows.
• Communicate deployment status to system owners and stakeholders.
• Provide risk and change management guidance across teams.
