Job summary

EY’s Government & Public Sector GPS practice is seeking a Risk and Change Management Analyst for the Service Delivery Center. This hybrid role aligns risk oversight with change management for ICAM deployments and system upgrades, collaborating across teams to implement controls and meet regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate CRB and DCR processes, update JIRA tickets, and ensure ITIL best practices while supporting deployment planning and PIRs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business or other relevant discipline.
4–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Ability to work in-person as needed.
Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
Experience in risk management, change management, or a related field, preferably within DHS ESSD ICAM.

Responsibilities

Manage the ESSD ICAM Risk Register and review/update risks in Maestro JIRA.
Facilitate weekly Risk Review meetings with defined statuses.
Analyze risks, set treatments, priorities and assignments.
Coordinate weekly Change Review Board (CRB) meetings and update CR tickets in Maestro JIRA.
Ensure ITIL change management practices and monitor change records in ITSM tools.
Conduct PIRs for failed or emergency changes and suggest improvements.
Coordinate deployment planning meetings and manage maintenance windows.
