Job summary

EY’s Government and Public Sector GPS division seeks a Service Delivery Center, Cyber – Risk and Change Management Analyst. The role blends strategic risk oversight with operational change management to align with regulatory requirements and client objectives.

You will lead risk and change activities, coordinate CRB and deployment planning, and ensure ITIL-compliant processes while collaborating across teams. A strong customer-focused, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Ability to work in-person as needed and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ESSD ICAM Risk Register and update regularly.
• Facilitate weekly Risk Review meetings and track risk statuses.
• Analyze risks, develop treatment plans and assign owners.
• Monitor expiration dates and mitigation strategies for risks.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation aligned with ICAM objectives.
• Coordinate weekly Change Review Board (CRB) meetings and manage CRs.
• Update CR tickets in Maestro JIRA with priority and dependencies.
• Ensure ITIL compliant change management and maintain ITSM records.
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews for failed or emergency changes.
• Manage deployment change requests across ICAM systems and coordinate planning.
• Communicate deployment status and ensure rollback plans are in place.
