Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. You will advance the organization’s risk culture, mature its second line ERM function, and collaborate with first line and Internal Audit to ensure risks are identified, assessed and managed.

The role reports to the Senior Director, ERM and follows a four day in-office work model, supporting risk governance and data maturity across GRC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years of operational or enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience with GRC tools and governance activities.
• Ability to provide independent, credible challenge to risk owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to second line risk activities to mature the risk framework.
• Collaborate with ERM, Internal Audit and Compliance to enhance risk monitoring and metrics.
• Serve as a second line reviewer, challenging first line risk owners.
• Facilitate RCSAs across units, assess risk ratings and remediation plans.
• Review classification, root cause analysis and validation of issues.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for leadership and risk committees.
• Maintain risk data in the GRC platform (RCSA, KRI, KPI).
• Advance ERM procedures, manuals and tools to support risk capabilities.
