Cboe Global Markets seeks a Principal GRC Platform Lead to mature and implement the GRC platform across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Third-Party Risk. The role requires hands-on expertise in configuring and guiding platform decisions, with global impact.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management and will partner with Technology to integrate risk data live. Four-day in-office model in Chicago supports collaboration and leadership engagement.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience delivering, configuring, and administering a GRC platform at a financial services firm or market infrastructure provider.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business; technical foundation supports integrations.
• Translate end-user requirements into intuitive platform workflows, with strong UX sensibility for global users.
• Understanding of data integration concepts (REST APIs) to scope and connect GRC to risk systems.
• Knowledge of COSO, NIST, RCSA and regulatory environments for financial markets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams without direct authority.
• Experience with AI-enabled or automation capabilities in GRC platforms is a plus.

• Own end-to-end UX of the GRC platform to drive adoption and data quality.
