Job summary

RSM is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Global Financial Services ERM and GRC Advisory practice, focusing on Operational Risk management service delivery. You will support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of an effective Operational Risk Program for clients within the financial services sector.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of operational risk management experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and management of an Operational Risk Management Program for client(s).
• Assist in risk assessments, control descriptions, and data-driven risk analysis.
• Develop and enhance risk policies, procedures, and monitoring dashboards.
• Prepare management and committee risk reports highlighting trends and mitigation actions.
• Deliver training to raise awareness of operational risk within client organizations.
