Job summary

Cboe Global Markets in Chicago is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. You will lead and contribute to second-line activities, advance the risk framework, and partner with Internal Audit and Compliance to enhance monitoring and reporting of risks.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in enterprise risk management, hands-on GRC tool experience (Onspring, Archer, ServiceNow GRC), and strong analytical, communication, and project skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of risk management experience in financial institutions or market utilities.
• Strong knowledge of COSO framework and RCSA methodology.
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools (Onspring/Archer/ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to second-line risk activities to mature the risk framework.
• Collaborate with ERM leads, business units, Internal Audit and Compliance to enhance monitoring and reporting of risks.
• Provide independent challenge to first-line risk owners on risk identification and management.
• Facilitate risk and control self-assessments across business units and evaluate remediation plans.
• Prepare risk information and dashboards for senior leadership and risk committees.
• Maintain and enhance risk data in the GRC platform (risk registers, KRIs, KPIs).
• Contribute to maturing ERM procedures, manuals, and tools.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices for ERM.
• Collaborate with Audit, Compliance and other functions for enterprise-wide risk management.
