Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Mattel’s IP portfolio and rights.
• Analyze ownership and licensing arrangements, translating terms into structured rights records.
• Validate data integrity in the rights management system (RightsLogic) and identify enhancements.
• Guide rights inquiries, including ownership, availability, and conflicts; facilitate collision checks.
• Manage complex rights issues and escalate when needed to deal leads and attorneys.
• Digitize agreements and ingest into the rights management system.
