Qualificações

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an IP attorney with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• In-house experience is strongly preferred.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate potential IP infringements and initiate action including sending C&D letters and managing civil/criminal actions.
• Manage online IP brand enforcement across marketplaces and social platforms.
• Oversee IP portfolio: trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain names; manage paralegals.
